为什么要兑换USD呢？因为VISA、Master只认USD法币，所以还要兑换回法币才能充值到信用卡上，上面的充值USDT为的就是这一步，下一步激活信用卡

难点在USDT那一步，其它的都是按流程操作就可以了，它比正常金融类虚拟信用卡，多了一个加密货币，要先把法币兑换成加密币，再用加密币兑换回USD法币，多了一个曲线过程。
