　　深交所：强化区块链概念炒作监管

Insight: enhanced block chain concept for supervision

　　央视网消息：近期一些上市公司通过公告和互动易发布了涉及区块链概念的信息，部分公司股价涨幅较大。深交所对此高度关注，及时对17家公司采取了问询、关注和要求停牌核查等监管措施，要求相关公司就涉及区块链的投入、业务和盈利模式、具体进展情况、实现收入及其对公司业绩的影响等进行核实澄清并充分提示风险。

　　深交所将继续密切关注相关公司的信息披露和二级市场交易情况，对于利用区块链概念进行炒作和误导投资者的违规行为，将及时采取纪律处分措施，涉嫌违反法律的，报中国证监会查处。深交所将持续贯彻依法全面从严监管的理念，全力维护市场正常秩序，有效防范市场炒作风险，切实保护投资者合法权益。

　　上交所发布公告指出，近期市场热炒“区块链”概念，相关公司股价出现连续上涨，涉及沪市易见股份等10家公司，个别股票已经出现炒作风险。对此，上交所相关监管部门高度重视，并第一时间组织分析研判。
