据中国网信网3月30日消息，国家互联网信息办公室发布第一批境内区块链信息服务备案清单。
According to the Chinese Internet Network, on 30 March, the National Internet Information Office published a list of the first internal block chain information services.
2019年2月15日，《区块链信息服务管理规定》（以下简称《管理规定》）就已经正式实施。今天，国家互联网信息办公室公开发布了第一批共197个区块链信息服务名称及备案编号。公告指出，任何单位或个人如有疑议，可即日起10个工作日内将相关意见通过电子邮件发送至bc_beian@cert.org.cn，或邮寄至北京市朝阳区裕民路甲3号国家互联网应急中心。
On 15 February 2019, the Regulation of Block Chain Information Services (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation of Management) was officially implemented. Today, the National Internet Information Office has published the first series of 197 block chain information service names and filing numbers. The announcement states that any unit or individual may send the comments by e-mail to bc_beian@cert.org.cn, or mail them to the National Internet Emergency Center No. 3 in Xumen Road, Yooyang District, Beijing, within 10 working days of that date.
根据《管理规定》要求，区块链信息服务提供者应当在其对外提供服务的互联网站、应用程序等显著位置标明其备案编号。备案仅是对主体区块链信息服务相关情况的登记，不代表对其机构、产品和服务的认可，任何机构和个人不得用于任何商业目的。
In accordance with the Regulation, block chain information service providers are required to identify their filing numbers at prominent locations such as Internet sites, applications, etc. that they serve abroad. The filing is merely a register of information related to the main block chain information service, does not represent recognition of their institutions, products and services, and no institutions or individuals are allowed to use them for any commercial purpose.
《每日经济新闻》记者在浏览第一批境内区块链信息服务备案清单时发现，在这197家备案主体中，不仅有各领域的创业公司，还有百度、阿里、腾讯、京东等互联网巨头。而各备案主体服务的内容包括供应链金融、版权管理、溯源、司法公证等各领域。
