央广网北京5月3日消息（记者张筱璇）据中国之声《新闻晚高峰》报道，“比特币”，诞生于2009年，它是由一长串计算机代码组成的“数字货币”，一度成为全球金融市场的宠儿，但随后又被不少国家宣布为“非法”，而它号称安全的网络交易系统，也曾爆出大量失窃的丑闻。随之而来的，是它交易价值，像过山车一样“忽上忽下”。

本月2号，一位名叫克莱格·莱特的澳大利亚企业家突然在媒体镜头前现身，高调宣称自己就是比特币的发明者“中本聪”。
On the second of this month, an Australian entrepreneur, Craig Wright, suddenly appeared in front of a media camera, claiming to be the inventor of Bitcoin's “blind-in-the-blind”.
中国国际广播电台驻澳大利亚记者王潇介绍说，莱特不仅宣布自己就是比特币的创始人，还提供了相关证据。
Chinese Radio International in Australia, Wang Xing, described Leiter as not only the founder of Bitcoin, but also provided relevant evidence.

Shortly after the report was released, the Australian Revenue Authority searched Leitt’s house and office on the grounds that it was following up on his suspected tax problems and that it had nothing to do with Bitcoin. But Leit said that his tax had been entrusted to a lawyer and that there was no problem.

And Bruce Fenton, Executive Director of the Bitcoin Foundation, a foreign agency committed to the development of Bitcoin, also believes that his identity is not yet 100% positive, but it is highly probable. “It cannot be proved 100%, but my confidence would be great if Craig Wright could provide some key trade information.”
分析人士认为，莱特以“比特币创始人”的身份接受媒体访问，难免炒作的意味。既然有炒作嫌疑，就难免商业利益等相关猜测。不过，“比特币基金会”执行董事布鲁斯·芬顿认为，比特币发明者身份的揭晓，并不会给此前已经经历过大起大落的市场，带来更大的风波。
However, Bruce Fenton, the executive director of the Bitcoin Foundation, argues that the discovery of the identity of the Bitcoin inventor does not create a greater blow to the market, which has already experienced a major ups and downs in the past.
布鲁斯·芬顿表示：“比特币的发明者究竟是不是克莱格·莱特，或者这个人是好是坏，并不重要。即便发明者变幻无常，比特币的系统非常稳定，这一点不会改变。 ”

即便抛开“发明者”的身份争议，比特币在如今的国际金融市场上，也已经是毁誉参半，它在世界各国受到的待遇也各不相同。有的国家和金融机构选择接纳，也有国家选择封杀。反对者认为，比特币的虚拟性和允许用户匿名交易的特性，使其成为犯罪分子的首选。中国外汇投资研究院院长谭雅玲表示，比特币没有明确的主权国家背景，从发明之初就存在明显的风险和漏洞。
Even if the identity of the “inventor” is at issue, Bitcoin is already in the current international financial market, and it is treated differently from one country to another. Some countries and financial institutions have chosen to accept it, and others have chosen to block it.
谭雅玲认为，现在讨论的国际金融体制或者国际货币体制，在现在社会当中，它一定有主权国家的背景，而比特币没有主权国家的背景，它的风险监控或者它的责任担当都由谁来承担，这都是一个特别大的问号。
According to Tan Yaling, the international financial system under discussion or the international monetary system must have a sovereign background in the present society, while Bitcoin has no sovereign background, its risk monitoring or who assumes its responsibilities is a particularly important question mark.
目前，比特币在国内依然存在流通空间，但央行早在两年多前就已经发布了《关于防范比特币风险的通知》。谭雅玲认为，监管机构的态度早已明确，投资者自身也应加强风险意识，选择正规的投资渠道。
Bitcoin still has room for circulation in the country, but the Central Bank has issued a Notice on Protection against Bitcoin Risk more than two years ago. According to Tan Yaling, the regulators’ attitude is already clear, and investors themselves should increase risk awareness and choose formal investment channels.
谭雅玲表示，官方有自己的态度，而且在前期比特币大涨大跌之后，人们对风险预警的心理在加强，但是任何一个市场总有空缺，总有漏洞，而且人们会经营和钻营各种空隙去做一些短期的或者投机性的利润，即便在监管严格的国家也会有，所以我们应该教育投资者走正常的渠道和正规的渠道，做合法的事情和合规的事情。
Tan Yaling said that the authorities had their own attitude and that, after the sharp rise and fall of the pre-biennium bitcoin, people were becoming more aware of risk warnings, but there were always gaps in any market, there were loopholes, and people would operate and drill in various gaps to make short-term or speculative profits, even in highly regulated countries, so we should educate investors to follow normal and formal channels, to do legitimate things and to comply with them.
