由上海市人力资源和社会保障局主办，松江区人民政府承办的2021年上海市新职业技术技能大赛暨全国新职业和数字技术技能大赛上海选拔赛于12月4日-5日在本市成功举办。上海市人力资源和社会保障局副局长张岚、松江区人民政府副区长刘福升出席开赛式并巡视赛场，大赛组委会、执委会成员单位相关负责同志参加活动。开赛式上，张岚副局长宣布大赛开幕，刘福升副区长致辞。选手、裁判代表分别上台宣誓。仪式后，出席领导及嘉宾走访观摩了无人机装调检修工、虚拟现实工程技术人员、全媒体运营师等3个项目比赛现场。
The Shanghai Competition for New Vocational and Digital Skills, 2021, hosted by the Shanghai City Human Resources and Social Security Department, was successfully held in Shanghai on 4 and 5 December. 本次大赛以“新时代、新技能、新梦想”为主题，聚焦新职业特别是数字经济领域，来自全市各区、驻沪央企、市属企业共23支参赛代表队、近160家企业院校等单位的330余名从业人员展开激烈角逐。综合考虑疫情因素，为确保办赛安全，本次大赛采取集中时间、分散举办的形式，20个比赛项目同时分布在浦东、松江、奉贤、长宁、普陀、徐汇、虹口等7个区14个赛场举办。
With the theme “New times, new skills, new dreams” in mind, the competition focused on new occupations, especially in the digital economy, with more than 330 practitioners from the city's 23 participating teams, nearly 160 business colleges, etc. In order to take an integrated approach to the epidemic, the competition was organized in a time-intensive and decentralized manner, with 20 competitions in 14 of the seven districts, namely Pudong, Songjiang, Hyun-hyun, Changning, Pudu, Xu-won, and Yunguchi.

对标全国新职业和数字技术技能大赛，本次大赛设置了智能制造工程技术人员、集成电路工程技术人员、人工智能工程技术人员、工业互联网工程技术人员、虚拟现实工程技术人员等5个专业技术类项目，以及互联网营销师、连锁经营管理师、供应链管理师、人工智能训练师、健康照护师、物联网安装调试员、工业机器人系统操作员、工业机器人系统运维员、无人机装调检修工、建筑信息模型技术员、增材制造设备操作员、全媒体运营师、区块链应用操作员、服务机器人应用技术员、家政服务员（整理收纳师）等15个技能类项目。这些均为近年来人社部发布的新职业，体现了技术技能的深度融合。举办新职业大赛，对提升新职业的社会认同度，促进劳动者就业创业，满足人力资源市场双向选择都起到了积极作用。

此次大赛参赛选手年纪轻且学历高
