在2017年9月份以前买卖数字货币是很简单的事情，只要上交易所开户充值就可以买卖了，但9月4日政策出来后，国家关闭了国内的交易所，不能直接用人民币充值购买数字货币，买币就变得有点困难了。所以现在想要用人民币直接购买数字货币只能去场外交易所了。

在进行OTC的操作之前，还有三个准备工作需要做。

登陆后，点击顶部菜单栏【法币OTC交易】，进入法币交易页面;

交易界面上方为OTC相关业务，包括法币OTC交易、我的广告、发布广告、我的订单、认证商家等。选择购买的币种，默认USDT，可【一键买币】或者【自选交易】;

由于下列情况导致订单出现申诉时，卖家可拒绝成交：

1.如果买家在未付款的情况下点击“我已付款”;

2.买家在下单后10分钟内未付款且不回应卖家;

自动溢价则是指购买价格随时变动，由当前的币种价格指数以及用户在广告中设置的溢价比例决定。如果您选择通过该种方式发布广告，那么您的购买价格将每5秒钟调整一次，所以在设置时要更加谨慎。

The automatic premium is determined by the current price index in the currency and the ratio of the premium in the advertisement. If you choose to advertise in that way, your purchase price will be adjusted every five seconds, so be more careful when setting it up.

最后需要提醒的是：

1.请在“广告”规定的时间内完成付款，并点击确认付款按钮。买方主动取消订单或者订单超时取消，系统将记录买方取消订单一次。买方当日累计两笔取消的，会限制当日(UTC+8)买入功能。

2.请勿在未付款或不付款的情况下点击“我已付款”，该行为属于恶意行为。当此类订单发生申诉，卖方可拒绝成交，情节严重的，系统将冻结买方账户。
