火币全球站已上线数字资产场外交易 支持人民币买卖

　　11月4日，火币全球专业站正式上线点对点交易平台，提供比特币和USDT的点对点交易服务，支持人民币买卖，支持提币。此前，OKCoin的合作伙伴OKEx已上线了C2C业务。这意味着，原三大交易平台中的两家已布局了场外交易。

On November 4th, the Treasure Global Professional Station officially went to the point-to-point trading platform to provide point-to-point trading services for Bitcoin and USDT, to support renminbi sales, and to support currency bills. Prior to that, OKCoin’s partner, OKEx, had access to C2C operations.

　　根据该网站公告，点对点交易平台可以满足人民币等法定货币与比特币和USDT等数字货币的兑换。

According to the website announcement, a point-to-point trading platform can accommodate the exchange of legal currencies, such as the renminbi, with digital currencies, such as Bitcoin and USDT.

　　关于比特币和人民币的兑换，通过点对点交易可以直接实现。关于USDT与人民币的兑换，据火币COO朱嘉伟介绍，有两种方法，一是先换成美元，再换成人民币；二是直接找愿意做点对点交易的人换成人民币。

With respect to the exchange of bitcoins and renminbis, this can be done directly through point-to-point transactions. With regard to the exchange of USDTs and renminbis, according to Coyot Jojia Wei, there are two ways to exchange dollars first and then the renminbi, and directly to find those who are willing to make a point-to-point transaction.

　　据火币公告，点对点交易平台是个人与个人之间的交易，火币全球专业站相当于淘宝，用户可以选择当广告主或对手方。广告主指在平台发布买币或卖币广告的人，对手方可以选择向广告主买币或将币卖给广告主。

According to the currency announcement, a point-to-point trading platform is an individual-to-person transaction, with a worldwide professional station equivalent to a treasure hunt, and users can choose to be the advertiser or counterparty. The advertiser refers to a person who advertises or sells money on the platform and the counterparty can choose to buy or sell money to the advertiser.

　　证券时报记者注意到，在《火币全球专业站C2C交易平台服务协议》（下简称《协议》）中则直接将C2C交易定义为场外交易。《协议》指出，火币全球专业站C2C交易平台是火币全球专业站设立的关于数字资产场外交易的平台，用户可以在C2C平台创建出售/购买数字资产的卖单/买单，与意向交易对方达成交易，以满足用户间交换数字资产的需求。

Securities Times reporters note that C2C transactions are defined directly as off-the-shelf transactions in the Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as " the Agreement " ) for the C2C Exchange Platform of the G2C. The Agreement states that the C2C Exchange Platform of the G2C is a platform for off-the-ground transactions of digital assets established by the G2C, which allows users to create sales/purchases of digital assets on the C2C platform and to enter into transactions with interested parties to meet the demand for the exchange of digital assets between users.

　　关于场外交易，国家互金专委会在近日发布的《比特币场外交易监测报告》中指出，场外交易对手双方匿名性强，交易支付渠道众多，且可能存在欺诈交易隐患。

With regard to off-site transactions, in the Monitoring Report on Out-of-Standence Transactions in Bitcoin, published recently by the National Commission for the Exchange of Funds, it has been noted that both parties to the off-site transaction are more anonymous, that there are numerous channels for the payment of transactions and that there may be a risk of fraudulent transactions.

　　记者在阅读了火币的用户协议后注意到，协议包含了免责声明，声明表示，该网站仅提供C2C平台服务，平台上的拟出售或购买信息系用户自行发布，且可能存在风险和瑕疵。鉴于C2C平台具备存在大量信息及信息网络环境下信息实时变化的特点，网站无法逐一审查拟出售后购买的信息及因此达成的交易信息。

After reading the gun-money user agreement, journalists noted that the agreement contained a disclaimer stating that the site provided only C2C platform services, that the intended sales or purchases of information on the platform were self-published by the users and that there were risks and defects. Given that the C2C platform was characterized by a large amount of information and real-time changes in information in the information network environment, it was not possible for the site to review the information to be sold and the resulting transactions.

　　记者注意到，目前平台提供的支付方式包括支付宝、微信、银行卡、西联、Paytm。平台公告显示，按照C2C平台所提供支付方式之外的付款渠道产生的交易纠纷，与该网站无关，网站将不承担任何形式的责任。

Journalists note that payments currently provided by the platform include payment treasures, micro-mails, bank cards, Western Union, and Paytm. Platform announcements indicate that transactions disputes arising from payment channels other than those provided by the C2C platform do not relate to the site and that the site will not be held liable in any form.

　　该平台对C2C交易的服务费率包括两个部分，一是交易费用，注册、购买和出售数字资产完全免费，发布广告免费，但交易完成后收取广告发布方交易额的1%作为手续费；二是提现费用，发起提币将扣除矿工费，平台会根据当前网络阻塞情况自动调整此费用，矿工费将从用户的资产中扣除。

The platform's service rate for C2C transactions consists of two components, namely, transaction costs, full free of charge for registration, purchase and sale of digital assets, and free of charge for advertising, but after completion of the transaction, charge 1 per cent of the advertising party's turnover as a handling fee; and cash withdrawal fees, the initiation of which will deduct the miner's fee, which the platform will automatically adjust to the current network blockage situation, and miner's fees will be deducted from the user's assets.
