腾讯科技讯 据CNBC报道，中国第一家比特币交易平台比特币中国（BTCC）创始人日前称，中国取消加密货币交易所禁令只是时间问题。
According to CNBC, the founder of China’s first Bitcoin trading platform, Bitcoin China (BTCC), stated that it was only a matter of time before China lifted the ban on an encrypted currency exchange.
“在这个世界，没有什么是永恒的，”比特币中国联合创始人兼CEO李启元(Bobby Lee)说道。在被政府取缔后，比特币中国在去年9月关闭了面向中国的交易活动。
“Nothing is eternal in this world,” said Bobby Lee, founder of Bitcoin and CEO of China. After being banned by the government, Bitcoin closed its deal with China last September.
李启元向CNBC表示：“我认为，政府有一天会解除禁令，并且重新研究并颁发许可。”
“I believe that the Government will one day lift the ban and re-examine and license it.”
不过，李启元并没有提供明确的时间表：“坦白说，我并不知道大概要多长时间，到底是几个月，几年甚至是几十年，这很难说。”
However, Li Qiwon did not provide a clear timetable: “To be frank, I do not know how long the outline will last, whether it is months, years or even decades, which is difficult to say”.
中国政府在去年9月对虚拟货币进行打击，禁止了比特币交易和ICO活动。此前，中国人民银行表示，此类活动可能会对中国经济造成严重的金融风险。
The Chinese government hit the virtual currency last September, banning Bitcoin transactions and ICO activities. Previously, the People’s Bank of China indicated that such activities could pose serious financial risks to the Chinese economy.
其他亚洲国家此后纷纷效仿中国的举措，例如，韩国据称将禁止在加密货币交易中使用匿名账户，最早可能在本月实施。
Other Asian countries have followed China's initiative since then, for example, Korea's alleged ban on the use of anonymous accounts in encrypted currency transactions, which is likely to be implemented at the earliest this month.
对此，李启元表示：“越来越多的政府和监管机构试图镇压比特币，但我们也看到比特币实际上非常有韧性。”在中国颁布禁令导致比特币价格下跌后，其价格又很快反弹。
In response, Li Qingwon said: “A growing number of governments and regulators are trying to suppress bitcoin, but we also see bitcoin actually very resilient.” After China’s ban led to a fall in bitcoin prices, prices rebounded quickly.

Nevertheless, China’s official media continued their fierce criticism of Bitcoin this week. The People’s Daily writes that there is a bubble in bitcoin prices, which is an issue that needs no discussion, both in terms of the increase and in terms of the value of the currency itself.
据李启元透露，他现在已经退出了中国的比特币交易所业务，现在主要将精力放在一家国际交易平台、“挖矿”业务以及一款名为Mobi的虚拟货币钱包。
According to Li Qiwon, he has now withdrawn from the business of the Bitcoin Exchange in China and is now focusing mainly on an international trading platform, the “mining” business and a virtual currency wallet called Mobi.
他称，Mobi是一款国际化的数字钱包，支持多种数字货币，“所以我们拥有了国际化的钱包业务，不再只是专注于交易所业务。”
He claims that Mobi is an internationalized digital wallet that supports multiple digital currencies, “so we have an international wallet business that no longer focuses solely on exchange business”.
李启元还表示，他认为比特币的稀缺性和开采新币的高难度性将推动其价格在2018年继续攀升。
Li Qingwon also stated that he believed that the scarcity of Bitcoin and the difficulty of exploiting the new currency would drive its prices to continue to climb in 2018.
“如今我们每天只能新开采出1800个比特币，而五年前每天能开采7200个。所以在未来几年内，比特币的供应量可能会下滑到每天只有900枚。”
"Now we're only able to extract 1,800 bitcoins a day, compared to 7,200 a day five years ago. So in the next few years, the supply of bitcoins is likely to drop to just 900 a day."

"If there are millions of dollars in inflow for 900 new bitcoins a day, can you imagine how much it's going to cost in the next three to ten years?" Lee Qingwon says.
