近日，南中軸地區高品質發展論壇暨南中軸國際文化科技園全面開園活動舉行。南中軸國際文化科技園由大紅門服裝商貿城改造而來，是豐台區與中關村發展集團發揮合力、統籌推進的首個城市更新産業綜合體項目，是踐行京津冀協同發展戰略、疏解北京非首都功能的標誌性項目。

園區總建築面積19.5萬平方米，融合“辦公+商業+居住”多元業態，提供近10萬平方米高品質産業空間、超過2萬平方米繽紛商業配套、近500套人才公寓，打造以人為本、綠色低碳、活力智慧的創新社區，建設國際一流“科技+文化”新地標和數字經濟新高地。
