The trust is intended to hold Ether and to provide investors with a more cost-effective channel for investment in Ether. Grayscale plans to market shares in the trust at Arca, the New York Stock Exchange, with an ETH code. & nbsp;

As the initial distribution of the mini-trust, Grayscale will transfer its existing section of the Grayscale-Team Trust (ETHE) to the new Trust. The ETHE shareholder will receive the share of the new Trust at the rate of 1:1 on the day of the record. When the distribution is complete, the two trusts will operate as independent NYSE Arca-listed products.

Tesla released the first quarter of 2024 and observed that the company’s Bitcoin assets had not increased or decreased and the size of the assets remained unchanged. According to data tracked by Bitcoin Treasuries, Tesla held 9,720 BTCs, the third largest public owner of the assets, after the software company MicroStrategy (MSTR) and the mining company Marathon (MARA). At the time of writing, Tesla’s BTC had a value of approximately $647 million, and Tesla’s purchase of these bitcoins cost $337 million.
