据财联社 9 月 8 日报道，中国科学院郑志明院士在“2023 Web 3.0 创新大赛”上表示，Web 3.0 作为新一代互联网生态演进的重要方向，有望创造性解决互联网数据权属和价值表达等关键问题。区块链、隐私计算、人工智能三大技术是 Web 3.0 的核心技术。作为支撑 Web 3.0 可信安全底座，区块链和隐私计算领域面临诸多挑战，需要突破区块链系统安全、动态自适应技术、非可信环境下的隐私计算技术、超大规模、超高效率安全可信应用网络等关键技术。
