区块链备案是指依据《区块链信息服务管理规定》，基于区块链技术或系统的基础，通过互联网站、应用程序等形式，向社会公众提供信息服务的企业，包括当下热门的NFT数字藏品等都必须办理区块链信息服务备案。

《区块链信息服务管理规定》要求，区块链信息服务提供者应当在提供服务之日起十个工作日内通过区块链信息服务备案管理系统填报备案信息，若没能按照规定期限进行备案，将由国家和省、省治区、直辖市互联网信息办室依据职责责令限期改正，拒不改下或者情节严重的，将屏蔽网站并处于罚款。为了保障公司业务长期正常运营，区块链信息服务提供主体要尽快发起申请区块链备案。
