近日，经泗阳县检察院提起公诉，被告人金某、廖某、周某等5人犯掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得罪被判处有期徒刑一年七个月至七个月不等，均判处罚金。

2023年6月，廖某主动找到同在“币圈”的金某，邀请对方参与购买虚拟货币USDT（泰达币）的生意。廖某说，这笔生意是他朋友郭某（另案处理）介绍的，日常只需向郭某提供银行卡接收转账并购买等值USDT虚拟货币，便可从中赚取银行流水5%的好处费。金某当即表示加入，并商定赚的钱一人一半。

为维持长久生意，金某向廖某提议联系他人一同做。很快金某便找来陈某加入。由金某、陈某提供银行卡，待郭某将钱款汇入账户后，金某、陈某便购买相应价值的USDT，再转入指定账户。不到半个月，金某银行账户汇入资金总额约250万元，涉案金额约100万元，陈某的银行账户汇入资金流水总额约160万元，涉案金额约45万元，其中金某从中获利2万余元，廖某获利1.4万余元，陈某获利1万元。

不久，陈某的银行卡被冻结，被迫退出。意识到资金来源不妥的廖某也决定退出。但金某不愿放弃，他主动联系了郭某，并邀请好友周某、胡某加入。截至2023年6月底，金某、周某、胡某三人涉案金额共计54万余元，金某获利1万余元，周某获利5000余元，胡某获利500元。同年6月30日，公安机关对其立案侦查，金某、廖某等5人主动投案自首。

2023年10月10日，该案移送泗阳县检察院审查起诉。综合考虑金某、廖某、陈某等人系从犯，且有自首、认罪认罚、退缴违法所得等法定情节，2024年2月27日，法院依法作出上述判决。
