据香港《证券时报网》报导，6月1日香港虚拟资产交易平台发牌制度过渡期正式结束后。目前，香港仅OSL数字证券有限公司、Hash Blockchain Limited等2家虚拟资产交易平台获得牌照。还有11家虚拟资产交易平台申请者，正在排队申请资格中。
According to the Hong Kong Securities Times, on 1 June, Hong Kong’s virtual assets trading platform was officially closed on the end of the transition period. Currently, only two virtual asset trading platforms, OSL Digital Securities Ltd. and Hash Blockchain Limited, are licensed.
不过值得注意的是，部分香港券商已获准可直接向零售投资者提供虚拟资产交易及咨询服务，比如比特币、以太坊等。
It is noteworthy, however, that some Hong Kong voucher dealers have been allowed to provide virtual asset transactions and advisory services directly to retail investors, such as Bitcoin, Etheria, etc.

据了解，投资者要在香港券商APP上交易比特币等虚拟资产，需要开立虚拟资产帐户，而开立虚拟资产有一定的步骤：

证券帐户完成开户后，以电子或纸本表格填写及签署以下4份档案：虚拟资产交易之附加协议、虚拟资产附加风险披露声明书、风险承受能力问卷、虚拟资产知识及经验问卷。
Upon the opening of a securities account, the following four files were completed and signed in electronic or paper form: an additional protocol for virtual asset transactions, a declaration of additional risk disclosure for virtual assets, a risk tolerance questionnaire, a virtual asset knowledge and experience questionnaire.
香港券商对虚拟资产交易设定较低入场门槛，交易门槛仅100美元起，投资者可通过券商的APP直接投资虚拟资产现货交易(VASpotTrading)、虚拟资产有关的虚拟资产期货交易所买卖基金(“VA Futures ETF”)及私募基金(“VAfunds”)。
Hong Kong voucher dealers set a lower entry threshold for virtual asset transactions, starting with a transaction threshold of only $100, whereby investors can directly invest in virtual asset spot trading (VASpot Trading), virtual asset futures exchange funds related to virtual assets (“ VA Futures ETF”) and private fund-raising (&ldquao; VAfunds&rdquo).

In order to attract investors, some Hong Kong voucher dealers are launching a series of preferential activities, such as a three-month exemption for virtual asset accounts. A Hong Kong voucher dealer revealed at the end of May that virtual asset-related income could remain at one fourth, or even one third, of the company’s total income.
据了解，香港券商推出虚拟货币买卖服务，主要可吸引到两种客户，第一种是币圈投资者在炒币赚钱后，也有需要为其利润作其他配置，例如买股票等，第二种是券商的传统股民，在港股低迷时，也会尝试投资虚拟货币。
It is understood that the introduction of a virtual money buying and selling service by Hong Kong voucher dealers attracts two main clients, the first being the need for currency ring investors to make other investments in their profits, such as stock purchases, and the second being the traditional stockholders of bond dealers, who also try to invest in virtual currency when Hong Kong shares are depressed.
多家香港券商陆续提供比特币交易
今年5月6日，老虎证券(香港)宣布正式推出虚拟资产交易服务，支持比特币、以太坊等18个币种，成为香港首批通过单一平台同时支援证券和虚拟资产交易的网络券商。
On 6 May this year, Tiger Securities (Hong Kong) announced the official launch of the Virtual Asset Trading Service to support 18 currencies, such as Bitcoin and Etheria, and became the first Hong Kong network voucher to support both securities and virtual asset transactions through a single platform.
老虎证券的虚拟资产交易服务目前仅对专业投资者开放，符合条件的用户，可通过老虎证券旗舰平台TigerTrade，一站式交易比特币、以太坊等18种虚拟资产，以及股票、期权、期货、美国国债、基金等全球资产，无需在不同券商和平台开设和管理多个帐户。
Virtual asset-trading services for tiger securities are currently open only to professional investors, and eligible users can trade 18 virtual assets, such as Bitcoin, Etheria and stocks, options, futures, United States bonds, funds, etc., through TigerTade, the Tiger Stock flagship platform, without having to open and manage multiple accounts in different coupons and platforms.
去年11月24日，香港胜利证券表示，成为全港首家持牌法团获证监会批准，可向零售投资者提供虚拟资产交易及咨询服务，胜利证券接着在今年6月12日宣布，其APP可以提供虚拟货币的存入及提取功能，进一步扩大了券商在虚拟货币市场的服务范围和使用者体验。
On 24 November of last year, the Hong Kong Victory Securities Corporation (HKPR) stated that it had obtained the approval of the CSRC to become the country's first holder and could provide virtual asset transactions and advisory services to retail investors, and announced on 12 June of this year that its APP could provide virtual currency deposit and extraction functions, further expanding the range of services and user experience of bond dealers in the virtual currency market.
胜利证券还预告，未来将推出“买股买币，一样简单”的方案，客户可通过其独有的交易平台，享受虚拟资产和证券服务一体化的体验。而同样是在去年11月24日，香港盈透证券也获得香港零售客户虚拟资产交易的许可，允许交易比特币和以太坊。
Victory securities also predict that &ldquo will be introduced in the future; that the purchase of shares will be as simple as & & rdquao; and that customers will benefit from the integration of virtual assets and securities services through their own trading platforms. Also on November 24, Hong Kong’s overflow securities were licensed to trade in Hong Kong retail customers’ virtual assets, allowing the trading of bitcoin and Etheria.
