央行再发风险提示防范虚拟货币交易活动，点名通报的“北京取道文化”究竟什么来头？

继几家大行与支付宝等金融与支付机构被监管约谈后，7月6日，央行等监管部门发布公告打击虚拟货币交易其他衍生服务。

On 6 July, following regulatory interviews with financial and payment institutions such as several major banks and payment treasures, regulators such as the Central Bank issued a circular to combat other derivative services from virtual currency transactions.

据“中国人民银行营业管理部”微信公众号消息，北京市地方金融监督管理局、人民银行营业管理部6日联合发布《关于防范虚拟货币交易活动的风险提示》（以下简称为《风险提示》）称，郑重警告辖内相关机构，不得为虚拟货币相关业务活动提供经营场所、商业展示、营销宣传、付费导流等服务。辖内金融机构、支付机构不得直接或间接为客户提供虚拟货币相关服务。

According to the “Ministry of Business Management of the People's Bank of China”, the Beijing City Local Financial Supervisory Authority and the Ministry of Business Management of the People's Bank jointly issued a Risk Notice on Protection against Virtual Currency Transactions (hereinafter referred to as the Risk Notice) on 6 June, stating that the relevant agencies within the jurisdiction are seriously warned not to provide business premises, business displays, marketing campaigns, payment channels, etc. for virtual currency-related operations.

据介绍，为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于打击虚拟货币交易的决策部署，防控虚拟货币交易炒作风险，保护人民群众财产安全，近期，北京市地方金融监督管理局联合中国人民银行营业管理部、怀柔区政府相关部门，对涉嫌为虚拟货币交易提供软件服务的北京取道文化发展有限公司予以清理整顿，责令该公司注销，官方网站已停用。

据界面新闻查询发现，北京市金管局点名的该家公司，是一家以娱乐为主营业务的公司。但其实际控制人控股另外一家名为猫力高高（山东）的技术服务有限公司，却曾在去年注册三个与数字货币相关的软件著作权，分别为猫力币区块链数字资产支付系统、猫力币区块链数字资产交易系统、猫力币区块链数字资产钱包系统。

According to an interface news query, the company named by the Beijing City Gold Authority is a entertainment-based company, but its physical controller, another company called Cat High (Sandong) Technical Services Limited, registered three digital currency-related software copyrights in the past year, namely, the cat currency block chain digital asset payment system, the cat currency block segment digital asset trading system and the cat currency sector chain digital asset wallet system.
