2月3日消息，1月中国监管层面对多家比特币交易平台进行了现场检查后，提示投资者应当审慎参与比特币投资活动。但中国农历新年期间，比特币交易出现火爆态势。TechWeb查询比特币交易平台火币网显示，目前每枚比特币价格已经突破1000美元。

1月11日起，人行营管部与北京市金融局、市工商局等相关部门组成联合检查组进驻"火币网"、"币行"等比特币、莱特币交易平台，就交易平台执行外汇管理、反洗钱等相关金融法律法规、交易场所管理相关规定等情况开展现场检查。

At the same time, the Shanghai headquarters of the People's Bank and the Shanghai City Financial Office, among others, formed a Joint Inspection Unit to conduct on-site inspections of the Bitcoin trading platform "bitcoin China" in the Shanghai region, focusing on whether the enterprise operated beyond its scope, whether it was carrying out related operations such as credit, payment, exchange, etc. without permission or licence, whether there was any market manipulation, the implementation of the anti-money-laundering regime and the risk of financial security.
在监管部门通报开展现场检查10多天后，国内三大比特币交易平台日前同日宣布，从2017年1月24日中午12:00起，开始征收交易服务费，交易服务费按固定0.2%的比例双向收取，即一笔交易的买家和卖家分别缴纳0.2%的服务费。
On the same day, after more than 10 days of on-site inspection by the regulatory authorities, the country's three main Bitcoin trading platforms announced that, from 12 noon on 24 January 2017, a transaction fee of 0.2 per cent of the fixed 0.2 per cent would be charged for transactional services, i.e. 0.2 per cent of the respective service fee paid by buyers and sellers of a transaction.
