在发布会现场，OKEx 首席执行官 Jay HAO 发表致辞指出，OKEx团队将在未来重点聚焦三大方向：安全、创新和可信赖。Jay HAO表示，安全始终是OKEx的首要任务，未来将继续不懈努力，为网上数字资产交易提供安全、可靠和稳定的环境。同时，OKEx还将继续投资区块链技术开发，并根据客户的需求和建议开发产品，向业内提供最佳的交易体验。
At the launch site, OKEx CEO Jay HAO stated that the OKEx team would focus on three main directions in the future: security, innovation, and trustworthiness. 永续合约将于12月正式推出
作为本次发布会的另外一个亮点，OKEx永续合约在本次发布会上也被广泛的关注和讨论。OKEx金融市场总监Lennix在会场宣布OKEx将于十二月正式推出永续合约，并就OKEx金融产品布局做了详尽阐述和说明。
As an additional highlight of the launch, the OKEx Sustainability contract was widely followed and discussed at the launch. At the conference, the OKEx Financial Markets Director Lennix announced that the OKEx contract would be officially launched in December, and elaborated on the OKEx financial product layout.
Lennix表示，OKEX 交割及永续合约二者各具优势及特色，可以满足专业投资者对于不同时间维度的对冲及套保需求，同时配合前不久上线的OKPiggyBank(中文译名：余帀宝),、合约及永续, OKEX可间接拟合出较完整的利率曲线.
Lennix states that the advantages and characteristics of the OKEX cut-off and the permanent contract meet the needs of professional investors for hedges and hedging at different time dimensions, while at the same time matching the recent entry of the OKPiggyBank, the contract and the permanent continuation, that the OKEX may indirectly draw a more complete interest-rate curve.
据Lennix介绍，OKEx永续合约的费率最低为maker=-1.5bps及taker=3.5bps，首张上线的合约为BTC，最高杠杆为100倍。同时，永续合约将加入标记价格,、梯度保証金及部份减仓机制, 可以进一步加强风险管理，而且在底层架构上，永续合约也做了大幅的优化和扩容。
According to Lennix, the lowest rate for the OKEx deal is the maker =-1.5 bps and taker = 3.5 bps, and the first contract on line is the BTC, with a maximum leverage of 100 times. At the same time, the permanent contract will add the mark price, the gradient guarantee, and part of the warehousing mechanism, which can further enhance risk management, and in the bottom structure, the permanent contract has been significantly optimized and expanded.
值得注意的是，在本次合约交易的圆桌会议上，OKEx团队还正式推出了永续合约模拟盘组团交易赛，并于现场介绍了虚拟盘现场游戏的活动规则。

据了解，此次OKEx永续合约模拟盘以战队的形式进行，自11月5日已经在全球范围内公开招募了约30名团长作为模拟盘各战队的队长。用户可以登录永续合约模拟盘并选择战队后，将得到10BTC 的初始保证金，用于在模拟盘操作。
It is understood that this OKEx-Long-Long-Long-Long-Long Moot was conducted as a team, and about 30 leaders have been publicly recruited as team leaders on a global scale since November 5. At the end of the launch, Katherine, the managing director of the CoinAll Exchange, the first partner of the OKEx Open Win-win Exchange, was invited to make a keynote address and engaged in an in-depth exchange with the site on such topics as the current development dilemma facing the industry, the three advantages of CoinAll and the mission and vision for the future.
