今年9月，央行等多部门联合发布《关于进一步防范和处置虚拟货币交易炒作风险的通知》（以下简称通知）。通知指出，虚拟货币不具有与法定货币等同的法律地位，虚拟货币相关业务活动属于非法金融活动。因国内对虚拟货币实施监管的政策，各大虚拟货币交易平台于9月份陆续开始停止交易平台新用户注册，并对大陆用户的资产进行清退，清退截止时间为12月底。
In September of this year, the Central Bank and others jointly issued a circular on further protection against and management of the risks associated with virtual currency transactions (hereinafter referred to as the circular). The circular states that virtual currency does not have the same legal status as legal currency, and that virtual currency-related operations are illegal financial activities. 11月12日早上，市民黄先生接到一个852开头的香港电话，电话里，对方称火币平台要清退用户，黄先生需要配合“操作”，否则会导致账号被封，最终造成资金损失。
On the morning of 12 November, citizen Huang received a phone call from Hong Kong, starting with 852, in which he stated that the gun platform was to clear the user and that Mr. Huang needed to cooperate with the “operation”, otherwise it would result in the closure of the account number and, ultimately, in financial loss.
在取得黄先生的信任后，对方让黄先生下载一指定的APP钱包，然后要求黄先生把在火币平台上的虚拟货币全部要转到该APP钱包里。在这一期间，黄先生还下载了一个聊天软件，在黄先生转移火币平台上的虚拟货币时全程用了该聊天软件与“客服”进行语音聊天和屏幕共享。
After gaining Mr. Huang's confidence, the other party asked Mr. Huang to download a specified APP wallet, and then asked Mr. Huang to transfer all the virtual money on the tender platform to the APP wallet. During this period, Mr. Huang also downloaded a chat software, which was used throughout Mr. Huang's virtual currency transfer platform for voice chats and screen-sharing with "principals".
在黄先生完成了上述“操作”后，“客服”称需要确认邮箱地址，便向黄先生索要了邮箱地址，没有多久黄先生就收到一个火币平台发来的邮件，上面提示黄先生在火币平台上的账户异常，需通过银联将20000元资金进行流水对冲，之后会将钱款退回个人原有账户。
After Mr. Huang had completed the “operation” described above, the “passport” stated that it was necessary to confirm the address of the mailbox and asked Mr. Huang for the address of the mailbox. 可当黄先生按要求将20000元转至“客服”提供的指定银行账户后，却发现APP钱包里价值4万人民币的虚拟货币被转走。这时黄先生又接到“客服”打来的电话，称“转账超时”需要再转账40000元，这时意识到自己被骗了，赶紧拨打110报警。
But when Mr. Huang was requested to transfer $20,000 to a designated bank account provided by the “principal service”, he discovered that the virtual currency in the APP wallet, valued at RMB 40,000, had been transferred. 厦门警方分析，黄先生遭遇的骗局是冒充虚拟币平台客服的新骗局，骗子谎称受害者在虚拟币平台交易的记录涉嫌违法或账户存在风险，进而实施诈骗。具体诈骗三步骤：
The Xiamen Police analyzes that Mr. Huang's fraud is a new scheme that pretends to be a virtual currency platform customer's service, and a fraud is committed by a liar who falsely claims that the victim's record of trading on a virtual currency platform is suspected of breaking the law or of a risk to an account.
首先，骗子会使用境外电话，冒充虚拟货币交易所客服或安全部门人员，毫不含糊地说出受害者的真实姓名、币所交易账号等，并向受害者核实具体的虚拟货币交易记录，甚至具体到交易时间、金额（精确到虚拟货币金额的后两位）。核实确定受害者的交易记录之后，在获取受害者的信任后，将你引入下一步的圈套之中；
First, fraudsters will use foreign telephones, pretend to be virtual currency exchange guests or security service personnel, give the true name of the victim, the number of the account in which the currency is traded, etc., and verify with the victim the exact date of the transaction, the amount of the transaction (up to the last two). After verifying the transaction records of the victim, and after obtaining the trust of the victim, you will be introduced into the next trap;
随后，骗子会以“将虚拟币平台资金转到指定软件以备资金查验”为由让受害者下载指定的软件，并在这个过程中开启钉钉“视频会议”或其他软件的“屏幕共享”功能，以此获取受害者新下载的指定软件的注册信息；
The fraud will then allow the victim to download the specified software on the basis of the “transfer of virtual currency platform funds to the specified software for financial verification” and, in the process, activate the “screen-sharing” feature of nailed videoconferencing or other software as a means of obtaining registration information for the newly downloaded specified software by the victim;
最后，在受害者将资金转移到指定软件之后，骗子利用之前获取的账号信息登陆受害者的软件账号，最终将资金转走。
Finally, following the transfer of funds from the victim to the specified software, the fraudster used the account number previously obtained to access the victim's software account and eventually diverted the funds.
而骗子在此类骗术中一般有以下五个特点：
In the case of frauds, there are generally five characteristics:
1.冒充火币网、币安、贝通、欧易等虚拟币交易平台客服；
1. The use of virtual currency trading platforms such as the Molotov cocktail network, the Moyen, the Beton, the Oye, etc.;
2.诈骗电话为不规则00境外号码、+852香港号码；
2. The fraudulent telephone number is the irregular number 00 and the Hong Kong number +852;
3.针对身份认证为中国大陆地区的存量用户，主要以“交易平台将无法使用需清退虚拟币”“升级海外账户”“洗黑钱”“非法持有黑币”为由要求受害人配合；
To request the victim's cooperation on the grounds that “the trading platform will not be able to use the virtual currency that needs to be cleared out”, “upgrade the offshore account” “laundering of black money”, “illegal possession of black currency”, for the purpose of identifying the users of the inventory in mainland China;
4.骗子引导受害人下载指定APP进行视频通话、屏幕共享等操作；

5.骗子引导受害人开通贷款平台以做流水为由或骗取受害人短信验证码进行转账。
